Reports to: CSO

Location: Onsite, M-F @ 2 Greenway Plaza, Suite 510 – Houston, TX

The Account Manager is the trusted advisor and first point of contact between Entelligence and its clients. The goal of the Account Manager is to retain, grow and expand client relationships, and provide solutions that help our clients meet and exceed their business objectives. The Account Manager is responsible for building strategic relationships with clients, expanding and growing Entelligence business, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas. This is a strategic selling and customer success role and, as such, you will be the clients’ trusted advisor by providing solutions that drive clients’ business objectives. Utilizing our sales process and methodology, you will drive customer success and growth with large, enterprise-level accounts.

Reporting to the CSO, Chief Sales Office, the Account Manager is responsible for representing enthusiasm to serve and support clients. This role is critical to the success of the business and requires exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans within assigned territory

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationship with client through systemic communication

• Retain, grow, and expand staffing, project outsourcing, and professional services offerings

• Oversee the client’s order management and solution fulfillment

• Ensure a fast and streamlined process from order to hire to maintain customer satisfaction

• Manage opportunities and deliver highly qualified professionals for client account

• Oversee and coordinate delivery of professional services solutions

• Develop and execute strategic account plan in coordination with sales

• Articulate immediate client needs to recruiting team

• Identify new opportunities with clients and accounts for customer success

• Negotiate and close job offers and work with new hires to ensure their success

• Achieve quarterly goals focused on account growth and gross margin

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Discovers client’s strategic and tactical business needs to identify opportunities for growth

• Communicates effectively and timely to provide updates and share information

• Demonstrates leadership and works collaboratively to accomplish goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to function well in a high-paced, highly changeable and at times stressful environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; Google Docs; and web-based applications

• Represent the Entelligence values while working with all levels of the organization and clients

We are looking for people who have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or commensurate experience

• Ideally, 2-5 years-experience in staffing/recruiting, IT industry preferred

• 1-3 years-experience in customer facing role managing accounts

• Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue and profit goals

• Demonstrated ability and effectiveness in sales and negotiation

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
