Responsibilities and Requirements:

Oversee day-to-day operations of properties within the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Implement and monitor property management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Develop and manage annual budgets for each property, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.

Analyze financial statements, variances, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead, mentor, develop, and motivate a team of property managers and support staff

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Must currently be a Multifamily Regional Manager with at least 2 years’ experience at least 4 properties totaling at least 1,000 units

Onesite, onsite bill paying, and CRM experience required

Ability to travel when needed for meetings, due diligence, ect.

Extensive experience marketing in the community.

Position requires constant onsite visits to perform inspections.
