Salary: $115k

Our client, a leading innovator in the Consulting space, are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing Salesforce initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Requirements Analysis: Perform thorough analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand detailed needs and the overall scope of Salesforce initiatives.

Documentation of User Stories: Craft precise and comprehensible user stories along with acceptance criteria that steer the development team, ensuring they capture the full extent of business requirements.

Agile Development Participation: Engage actively in all stages of the Agile development cycle, including planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, to promote continuous improvement and effective project delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project duration.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 4-7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in requirement analysis and user story documentation.

Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Agile Methodology Expertise: Profound understanding of Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in managing Agile-based projects.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
