BRAND MANAGER

• Manage and monitor “ARMINA” (Armina Stone – Armina Casa) brand to ensure quality

and consistency

• Develop partnerships and collaborations for marketing to increase brand awareness

• Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies and execute

marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness in Miami market

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

• Create weekly/monthly content calendar for weekly meetings with Marketing Director

• Identify top influencers in Miami and create collaboration opportunities

• Regular social media postings on specified platforms 5-6 times per week to Instagram &

Facebook

• Post and monitor social media platforms including Linkedin, Pinterest, Twitter

• Post quality videos to YouTube and manage site

• Create original content through photography, video, graphic design, and copywriting

• Create giveaways

• Manage and create weekly or monthly posts for Magazines (Florida Design, Luxe

Magazine and etc..) platforms

• Co-create content with Armina Miami ambassador/spokesperson (Alena Capra) for

Instagram/Facebook and other platforms

• Respond and expedite inquiries from social media platforms

• Attend events to capture content

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO

• Conceptualize, manage and direct photography and video shoots

• Conceptualize, manage and produce video series Armina Stories, Countertops 101, Sale

Promotions, Event Recaps, Commercials

• Capture project installations, promotional events, weekly stone inventory and other

locations that can be used as social media and website content

• Coordinate and produce project shoots with customers

• Write copy/script for shoots when needed

PODCAST PRODUCER

• Manage booking guests for podcast

• Produce episodes with Armina host by researching and preparing topics and questions/

prep for posting on social media and YouTube

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

• Monitor and update Armina Miami websites

• Virtual Tour video

• Correspond with web designer

• Troubleshoot

• Create landing pages for ad campaigns if needed

PRINT ADVERTISING/MARKETING COLLATERAL

• Collaborate and execute creative for ad campaigns, promotions, print ads, banners, bus

shelters, truck wraps and billboards

• Coordinate print ads with designer and submit to publications to meet deadlines

• Liaison with publications and agencies

• Monitor all digital & print marketing materials to ensure consistent branding

RADIO

• Draft scripts for radio spots

• Coordinate ad runs and schedules with radio rep

DIGITAL PAID AD CAMPAIGNS & DIGITAL MARKETING

• Create and manage strategic ad campaigns for Facebook/Instagram targeting macro

audiences resulting in quality sales leads

• Produce ads with in-house video editor using video footage, photography, graphics, copy and

conceptualize promotions with management

• Produce and coordinate creative for Google Ads, YouTube

• Meet monthly with marketing team to review analytics and assess budget

• Provide recommendations based on analytics

ARMINA EVENTS

• Conceptualize creative event ideas to engage industry partners and design community

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including invites, entertainment, food &

beverage, rsvps, décor, budgeting, and logistics

• Capture content for social media

• Coordinate photographer and videographer for recap videos and photos

PUBLIC RELATIONS

• Draft press releases

• Distribute press releases, photography and/or footage to media contacts

• Serve as media contact for local media

DIRECT MAIL & EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

• Develop and execute direct mail and email marketing campaigns including newsletters,

promotions, and announcements to drive engagement.

• Create content, graphics, and copy for direct mail/email campaigns to reach specific

customers

• Manage and create email lists in Constant Contact (or similar platform)

MISCELLANEOUS

• Attend industry events representing Armina

• Attend meetings with publications, organizations, industry partner.

• Field advertising sales calls and emails

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equilvalent experience

• 2-3 years' experience in marketing/brand management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
