Export Coordinator

Global logistics company is looking to hire an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team during busy season! Proficient in Gmail/Google, MS Office, data entry, any CRM and export documentation. Strong communication needed to speak to internal and external customers, follow-up and attention to detail. 100% onsite in Elgin. Pays $23/hr.

Job Duties:

Assist with planning, executing, and delivering both Domestic and International orders to customers

Ensure customer meets Ship Dates and customer monthly and quarterly shipping targets

Utilize Systems and Data to enable exports

Partner with Freight Forwarder to transport orders to customers

Job Requirements:

Between 1-3 years of Export experience

Strong communication skills, good follow-up and attention to detail

Able to work in Google Docs, MS Office and CRM (Oracle preferred)

Work onsite everyday
