Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various painting and labor tasks to support our construction and renovation projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks - Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns - Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color theory - Repair or replace damaged trim, drywall, or plaster - Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing tools - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule Requirements: - Proven experience as a Painter/Laborer or similar role - Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, frame carpentry, plastering, and maintenance person tasks - Familiarity with construction estimating and remodeling processes - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to painting and general labor tasks - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines If you are a motivated individual with a passion for painting and construction, we encourage you to apply for this position.
