Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing law firm in Los Angeles looking for a Full-Time Paralegal with an interest in trial work and litigation. The salary can pay 100K+ and they provide good benefits. You will be assisting attorneys with their practice, including assembling motion papers and exhibits, coordinating filings of pleadings and briefs, and ensuring proper service. You will also be working on discovery, including preparing for deposition, propounding, and responding to written discovery and preparing for expert discovery. The firm has 55 attorneys practicing across the board in litigation. This is a high end firm with most attorneys having former big law backgrounds and stellar credentials. This is a team environment with low turnover and a brand new role due to growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2+ years of litigation experience

Even keeled personality

Document Management Experience (they use concordance)

Comfortable on a busy desk

Interest in trial work
