Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records management,training, and performance management.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the seafood and ready-meal industry.

Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous learning and development.

Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated on HR management systems and regulations across different regions in the United States to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support business expansion initiatives by supplementing human resources as needed.

Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, Handle office communication,organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements etc

Qualifications:

Mandarin is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the seafood or food industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.

Knowledge of HR management systems and regulations in the United States, with the ability to ensure company compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
