Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics including soft skills, compliance, and technical skills.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records and develop reports on training activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with department heads to customize training programs for specific teams or roles.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring they are addressed promptly and fairly.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes, maintaining confidentiality and neutrality.

Advise management on best practices for managing employee relations and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Provide guidance and support for performance management processes, including evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and employee relations or a related HR role.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
