Welcoming customers, answering their questions, answering phone inquiries, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Operating cash registers/POS and other electronics.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports on a daily basis.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Processing food exchanges, resolving complaints.
• Wrapping items/ food to ensure safe transport.
• Following all Restaurant procedures regarding customer transactions or the purchase of specific items.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.
• Collect cash, and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts to customers
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
• Answer customer questions as they arise
• Calculate customer bills through cash register and submit accurate daily reports.

Qualification:
• Prior experience as a receptionist/cashier or in a related field.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
• Good time management skills.
