Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the candidate selection process.
2. Onboarding Assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
Assist in the completion of new hire paperwork and documentation.
Employee Relations:
Aid in maintaining employee records and databases.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
