Description:

Receive and consolidate all requests for Car Services.

· Responsible for the monitoring of the good maintenance of the fleet of Company Cars.

· Schedule Preventive Maintenance Service and Oil Change as well as other Periodic Maintenance (Tire replacement, Timing Belt, Alternator, etc.)

· In charge of monitoring the correct Documentation for the fleet of Company Cars and to process their License and Registration renewals.

· Pick-up of guests from their hotels, Office or PhilJets Lounge to drive them at PhilJets Helipads or Lounge.

· Operation to assist and to drive Pilots and Flight Crews to/from Helipads.

· Operation for reposition of Staff and materials for flight requirements.

· Transmittal/Collection of Documents or Checks/Cash payments as well as other Messengerial Services.

· Assist Human Resources and Administration Department and Finance and other departments with other tasks as needed.

· Responsible to assist Housekeeping and Messenger Aides in cleaning of workplace including conference, lounge and lobby if there’s no flight operations.

· Develops own skills and industry knowledge in all areas of Human Resources as required by the Company and as part of continuous learning and improvement through but not limited to further studies; trainings; etc.

· Responsible to comply with the requirements of the current PCAR regulations and PhilJets duly approved safety management systems, processes, and procedures as applicable to the daily operation of his/her department and ensure to perform and adheres with the highest level of quality, efficiency, and safety at all times.

· Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed within the scope of Human Resources function and in line with the limitations prescribed by the authority / Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate such as but not limited to changes in workload; rush jobs; emergencies; etc.

Expected salary: 16,000 per month
