Responsibilities:

Comply the latest regulatory requirements and implement necessary compliance initiatives for the branches and head office.

Formulate and update internal policies in line with latest regulatory and head office requirements

Conduct regulatory risk assessment and support the management in mitigating said risks

Ensure an environment of compliance.

Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program

Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk

Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

Advise senior management on compliance risks liabilities regarding our corporate strategies, including emerging laws and trends

Requirements:

Proven experience in government Compliance and risk management

Knowledge of local and regulatory requirements

Excellent in communication

Skills in Integrity and professional ethics

BA in law, finance, business administration or a related field
