Quality Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As a Quality Manager of Vienovo Philippines Inc., you will play vital role in ensuring the production and delivery of consistently good quality products. Your primary responsibilities are to lead, manage and be accountable for the quality department in all Vienovo factories in Luzon. You will implement and manage the quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Ensure timely and effective implementation of all company’s policies, procedure and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.2. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.3. Collaborate with other department managers and supervisory personnel to implement best practices, ensuring the achievement and maintenance of high product quality, and drive process optimization.4. Audit production batch records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing and sampling.5. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis on all quality matters.

6. Ensure immediate implementation of new formulation.7. Handles customer complaints and prepare the Customer Complaint Assessment Report (CCAR).8. Monitor basemix preparation process and ensure compliance to company’s standard.

9. Develop and implement Pest Control Program and Equipment Calibration Schedule.10. Monitor movement of remill or rework materials, i.e., generation and consumption.11. Implement the monthly quality control plan.12. Manage work schedule of quality personnel and monitor overtime cost.

13. Ensure good performance of quality personnel by mentoring, training, setting expectations, providing accountability, and performing evaluations.

14. Monitory department expenses involving consumables and laboratory cost.15. Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.

16. Generate regular reports for management.17. Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings.18. Perform other duties as directed by the Formulation and Quality Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related discipline)

Proven experience in a quality management role within the feeds manufacturing or related industry.

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulations, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to feed manufacturing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining documentation related to quality processes and compliance.

Proficient in Microsoft excel and experienced in google sheets.
