We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Help Desk to join our client’s remote IT support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and has a customer-centric attitude.

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently.
