Job Description

A selling Sales Manager is needed for an independent Toshiba dealer to manage the existing sales team as well as facilitate growth through on boarding new reps in Plano, TX, and the surrounding market. A history of demonstrated success in the copier channel and knowledge of Professional Services and Solutions are required. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage a team of sales representatives who sell hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.

- Trains, develops, and coaches current and new sales representatives to success.

- Achieve 100% of quota through management of a team.

- Set clear goals and allow deadlines to be met in a timely manner.

- Maintains proficiency in product and promotional knowledge.

- Maintains and manages all assigned company assets (i.e., pager, laptop, promo book, etc.).

- Completes all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- 5 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).

- Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience.
