We are searching for a highly qualified professional to join our Bermuda-based Financial Services Client in the role of Vice President, Private Banker.

This is a full-time role, on-site in Bermuda. Due to the international move involved, ideal candidates will be mobile, adaptable and motivated to experience the unique living and working environment that Bermuda has to offer.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing, developing and maintaining a portfolio of HNW client relationships, focused on banking, asset management and trust services

Providing a high level of client service including visiting client sites, delivering presentations and serving as the primary point of reference for all client needs

Analyzing client requirements, creating relationship plans and providing customized solutions to meet client needs

Increasing profitability by cross-selling, identifying new business opportunities and potential new clients

Achieving individual performance and development goals in line with the department’s objectives and budgets

Managing and mentoring direct reports

Requirements:

At least 10 years of progressive experience managing relationships with HNW client portfolios

University degree or equivalent. Professional qualification (such as CFA, TEP, CFP) preferred

Broad understanding of relevant banking products and services including asset management, deposits, credit, trust services and estate planning

Strong sales and client service background: proven ability to close business and effectively manage HNW client relationships

Proven staff management experience
