The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their Amazon journey. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within Amazon
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Monitor and improve SKU-Level Performance while working with the various teams
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
Set & test hypotheses and give input to the creative team to develop creative materials based on performance
Coordinate new product launches
Perform listing audits and coordinate optimizations
Manage pricing, deals, discounts, promos
Report on product performance metrics and offer or apply suggestions for improvement
Coordinate with Supply Chain: Work closely with supply chain to develop sales forecasts and to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with inventory stock levels.
Qualifications
Previous account management experience
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel
