The Job!

As the HR Support Specialist, you provide key advisory support to the Sales team. You will:

Offer sound advice on HR matters including employment law and standards and best practices.

Maintain strong relationships with members of the Sales team and External Clients

Prepare reports on Sales team engagement and conversions.

Provide training on HR matters as required.

What you bring to the job

You are an integral resource of information and sound advice. You are service-oriented and a strong team player. You also have:

An educational background in human resources.

at least 1 year of experience in an HR role in a corporate environment.

Knowledge of employment law, standards, and best practices.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to provide sound advice with a commercial focus.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organization and time management skills.
