Job Responsibilities:
Hands-on supervision and administration of the Service Department
Oversee the service staff while ensuring the prime physical condition of the community
Provide prompt customer service to Residents
Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures
Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities
Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
To be a top candidate:
Must have at least three years’ experience in residential maintenance in a supervisory role.
Must be EPA certified (Type 2 or Universal)
Have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, and carpentry.
Spanish speaking skills are a plus, but not required (must be able to communicate in English).
Some weekends as required.
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen are required.
Position is on-site.
