Dental Assistant's Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in a general dentistry office located in Livonia, MI. Our practice is a growing office with a single owner, and we pride ourselves on providing top-quality dental care to our patients. We utilize Eaglesoft software and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our dental team.

Pay: $18-$25/Hour

Hours: 30 Hour/Week M: 9-6, Tu: 8-5, W: 8-3 (May change to 8-5), Th: 9-3

Dental Assistant's Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort.

Sterilize instruments and equipment.

Take and process X-rays.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.

Perform various office tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Ability to use an intraoral scanner.

Basic sign language (BSL) skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements for a Dental Assistant:

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant.

Certification in dental assisting preferred.

Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced dental office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Eaglesoft software is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team and support a collaborative environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and dental procedures.
