Our team is getting an abundance of the live buyer and seller connection calls in Houston and surrounding areas.

We're looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent that can take on 5-10 new clients per month.

Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. From a world-class operations team and internal marketing, we make it possible to THRIVE in Houston and surrounding area real estate.

As a part of our team, our agents will be set up for a level of success not seen by most individual real estate agents. Fully launch and get into higher production within weeks.

Our ideal candidates are gritty, learning-based, natural leaders, who have a knack for innovation, and a mindset of abundance. We are passionate about helping you achieve your highest potential!

Commission only. In our program, as an experienced agent, you can earn more than $250,000 per year and a new agent can make SIX FIGURES their first full year! Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earningsResponsibilities:

Go on multiple appointments weekly and meet and build rapport with new clients.

Show homes to interested clients.

Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested.

Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process.

Build relationships with agents in other companies.

Negotiate contracts and transactions.

Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues.

Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients.

Qualifications:
