Responsibilities:
Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
Marketing/Quoting new business submissions provided by our agents
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes
Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives
Requirements:
Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Huge plus but not required!)
Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task
