Mirak Automotive Group, a premier, family-owned and operated automobile dealership in Arlington, MA since 1936, sells and services Chevrolet, Hyundai and Genesis. We are looking for a Vehicle Registration clerk to join our team. We offer an outstanding work environment and a management staff that can train & coach if this is a new admin skill. In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

Preparing transfer documents, entering accounting correspondence for dealer swaps, and used wholesale transactions, etc.

Processing vehicle titles for all sales and trade-in vehicles.

Checking for accuracy and completeness of all paperwork related to vehicle titles.

Preparing and submitting lien releases and title transfers for paid vehicles.

Collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure timely title processing.

Serving as a liaison with customers, state agencies, and financial institutions to resolve any title discrepancies.

Maintaining accurate and organized records of all vehicle related documents.

Responding to and completing any other duties as assigned by Controller.
