Job Description:
NDi is hiring a Service Now Developer to work on a team supporting the Office of Information Technology (OIT) under the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) for the Department of Justice.
Requirements:
U.S Citizenship is required.
Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
This position is hybrid (on-site/remote). Candidate will be required to work on-site at minimum, three days a week.
Qualifications and Experience:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred
At minimum 8 years' related work experience
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions
Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment
Able to implement on time to a Program Increment (PI) schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Areas of Support include:
IT Service Management (ITSM) - Incidents, Service Requests, Service Portal, Change Management, DevOps
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Project Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, CMDB
Third Party integrations through REST API
Ability to support additional areas as necessary.
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Preferred Skills/Experience:

System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Customizing ServiceNow UI
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow products
Provide expertise on technical questions related to development of ServiceNow functions
Develops the technical solutions, implements them and conducts production releases
