As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our dealership by assisting customers with their automotive parts needs and being a valued member of our team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Providing excellent customer service by promptly assisting customers with their parts inquiries.

- Identifying and locating the correct automotive parts for customers' vehicles.

- Processing parts orders efficiently and accurately.

- Maintaining organized and clean parts inventory.

-Working with technicians and advisors to complete service tickets.

Qualifications:

- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
