As a Sales Representative at Globe Life - AIL, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide essential financial protection to veteran and union families. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by offering comprehensive life insurance solutions that safeguard our clients' futures. With our extensive training and support, you'll have the tools and resources to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Work towards building your own agency through the growth of your team, and eventually be able to train and manage an entire agency.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and tailor insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.

Educate clients on the features and benefits of our life insurance products, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance to address their evolving needs.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse clientele.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Knowledge of veteran and union benefits and resources is a plus.

State life insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is required.
