A rapidly growing virtual assistant and business services company, Virtual Assist USA, is currently hiring for an experienced Remote Sales Assistant. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Remote Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success. Part-time employment for 15 hours per week - $19/hr.

We support our clients in multiple industries and disciplines including Executive Assistant, Administrative, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Strategy, and much more.

This position is a remote, employee role. NOT A CONTRACTOR or COMMISSION position.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Remote Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Proactively search for and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events

Develop and execute strategies to market the company's products/services to potential clients

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our offerings

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings

Outreach to old clients or leads to re-engage them

Collaborate with marketing and other team members to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, B2B preferred

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads

Experience in marketing and promoting products/services is a must

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
