Service Appointment Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Appointment coordinator to help schedule service appointments daily. Located just off exit 65 on RTE 95 in Westbrook.

Job Summary: The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliable, a positive attitude, comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.

Answer incoming service department calls

Assist monitoring and managing our fleet of 25 loaner vehicles
