Located in one of the most desirable areas in Florida, HDC is directly on the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Palm Coast, conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Founded in 1989, Hammock Dunes Club features two distinct clubhouses with three distinct ala carte dining rooms offering a full array of menu options. Food & Beverage programming has always been a hallmark of HDC and its relevance remains a key amenity for every member. F&B Director Overview:

The Food & Beverage Director at Hammock Dunes Club has complete ownership of all front of house operations including ala carte, events, F&B staffing and beverage programming. The selected candidate will develop and implement programs to enhance the dining experience and drive member satisfaction. The F&B Director is a highly visible individual that enjoys hands on management, is highly accessible and leads by example. The F&B Director is a key member of the leadership team who embraces collaboration, responsibility and leading a diverse team.

Develop staffing and scheduling strategies to maximize team performance.

Supervises the day-to-day operations and team for FOH.

Evaluate all aspects of the existing service program.

Identify areas of improvement.

Monitor and manage food & Beverage costs, inventory and purchasing

Engage with members to build relationships and understand preferences.

Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are always maintained.

Foster an environment of continuous training, evaluation and oversight producing positive membership outcomes.

Strong communicator, comfortable delivering information to direct reports on a daily/weekly basis to ensure the appropriate understanding of club activities.

Willingness to join a highly engaged, forward-thinking management team.

Intrinsic understanding of the “member experience" and the pursuit of continuous excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years as Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Supervisor

Associate Degree in Hospitality preferred. Substantial industry experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Team oriented personality willing to invest in member and team relationships.

Engaging personality, comfortable being the face of the Cub.

Passionate food & beverage professional seeking to drive the member experience.

Highly motivated professional seeking to elevate themself and their surrounding team.

Salary/Benefits:

Salary is open and commensurate with experience befitting Hammock Dunes Club.
