Digital Asset Manager

Our client, a financial firm, is seeking a Digital Asset Librarian to join their team.

Please note: this role will start out onsite in the clients office and will have remote flexibility after the first few weeks.

The client is transitioning to Seismic and establishing a marketing taxonomy for all of their digital assets. The Digital Asset Librarian will be working with the marketing team as well as the Seismic Account Manager to establish their DAM system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define, implement, and establish metadata, taxonomy, and asset guidelines

- Collaborate with internal departments in the development and modification of digital asset workflows to improve efficiency and usage of asset management

- Tagging and cataloging content, embedding metadata, renaming, etc.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of asset folders / file structure hierarchy

- Work with Seismic team to develop organization of assets in the Seismic system
