Duration: 06 months contract

Job Responsibilities

Employee Experience Strategist (P2) Job Code

• Translate employee needs into business requirements.

• Work on developing business and customer cases to help drive experience improvements.

• Co-develop operational plans to deliver great employee experiences.

• Must understand the end-to-end design process to help identify problems or implement effective strategies.

• Design and facilitate engaging workshops using design thinking methods to gather requirements, clarify problems, and ideate solutions with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Write and present User Experience Briefs, the key document that serves to move a project from strategic planning into definition phase.

• Assist with roll-out and communication of new methods, tools, process, and training to promote competency.

• Build a deep understanding of our business, customers, partners, and culture.

• Help develop and support repeatable intake and prioritization process for work intake and management.

• Tracking your time on various projects and other operational requirements.

• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a design-related field; or 2-3 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree

• This role requires effective communication, facilitation, and influencing skills

• Strong knowledge and experience with design thinking; user research and use of tools, methods, and processes are a plus.

• Fluency with digital collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

• Working knowledge of Agile team methodologies and ceremonies.

• Some travel may be required in support of our various subsidiaries or to attend on-site team meetings, when requested (not a frequent occurrence).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
