Desktop Support (Windows Migration)

CBTS has partnered with a client to identify a Desktop/IT Support Technician on a 3 month contract opening. This role would require full onsite work at the client's downtown Cincinnati, OH facility on a 1st shift M-F opportunity

This project is focused on a Windows upgrade assignment. Skills they are targeting include (but not limited to):

to catalog applications on the end user's PC and report details to a designated spreadsheet.

people skills and communication skills

to run Windows updates and BIOS updates.

to assist users in moving their documents and OneNote notebooks to OneDrive.

knowledge of Windows 11 features and requirements
