Shift Options:

1st (6:00a - 2:30p) Monday-Friday

Pay:

$22-25/hr (Based on years of experience)

Environment:

Well kept, tidy chemical manufacturing plant

Tools Provided

Room to work and not crowded

Requirements:

2- 3 years of Maintenance Experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Experience with Diaphragm and Centrifugal Pumps

Strong electrical maintenance skills

480v Troubleshooting/Repair

2-3 Years of mechanical background / Experience within the chemical manufacturing or similar industry preferred.

1 Year of Welding Experience

Equipment/Machine - Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.

Equipment/Machine - Installation experience

Ability to read, interpret, and understand Blueprints, Schematics, and Wiring Diagrams.

2-3 Years of experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, conveyors, and packaging, labeling, and/or bottling machines.

Experience performing both Preventative and Reactive maintenance.

Highschool/GED/Equivalent

Manufacturing Maintenance background

Consistent lifting 25lbs

Willing to complete a Background Check, Drug Screen, and MVR Check.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment as needed.

Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot issues with equipment.

Utilize welding skills to repair metal components and structures.

Follow schematics and technical manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures.

Assist in manufacturing processes to support production goals.

Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment.

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance as needed.

Assist with machine and equipment installations as needed.
