Engineering Applications Specialist/ Inside Sales

Description:

This is a full-time role for an Engineering Applications Specialist/Inside Sales. The Engineering Applications Specialist will be responsible for in-depth product and applications knowledge as well as sales support. This role works in tandem with the Outside Sales team and supports an exceptional experience with the assigned customer base. Operating as a generalist, this position is primarily responsible for the majority of all quotations and responses to customer technical questions. This role is 100% in the office in our headquarters in Edgemont, PA. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications:

Degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience preferred.

Years of inside sales experience, preferably in the industrial automation or process controls industry.

Technical communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM.
