Position Summary:
A career in Project Delivery will provide the opportunity to direct and oversee the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Specific to the REV Operating model, this role plays a lead effort in ensuring construction, LNG, RNG or related efforts are managed through a project pipeline effectively. This role defines the organization's project management methodology and establishes processes for tracking and delivering projects. This position serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, and other functional areas of the organization while managing project expectations.
Essential Functions:
Oversees reporting and analysis for a portfolio of capital projects totaling approximately $1B
Oversees and implements the Project Delivery Stage Gate process on projects across all asset classes
Identifies and communicates with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that reporting is accurate, efficient, and complete
Provides input and recommendations on portfolio strategy
Implements key program-wide strategies across entire portfolio
Tracks status of all projects within the Project Delivery Organization
Designs and builds internal processes to ensure that reporting is accurate and efficient
Communicates regularly with key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
Understanding of project development stages, including baseline, design/permitting, construction, and commissioning.
Experience working with corporate finance functions
Familiarity with projects implementing multi-disciplinary design packages (e.g. civil, structural, process, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
Understanding of project management including scheduling, reporting, document control
Experience implementing program-wide initiatives
Preferred Skills:
Technical coding experience
Required Background:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or;
Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
In addition, a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience is required.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
