In-House Loan Officer

Growing Independent Mortgage Banker is seeking an experienced and licensed Loan Officer who is a self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people and has a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:

· Assist new Loan Officers with their transitional loans prior and during onboarding

· Effective communication with all parties including loan officers, borrowers, and staff

· Excellent tracking of the mortgage pipeline

· Assist with loan files from application to close if necessary

· Assist with underwriting conditions when necessary

· Ensure entire loan process is smooth and effective

· Other mortgage responsibilities as necessary

· Borrower and Realtor Follow Up

· Communication with title companies and other third-party vendors

Skills/ Abilities and Experience Requirements:

· Mortgage license required; plus, ability to get licensed in multiple states

· Minimum of 3 years Loan Origination experience

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to maintain a friendly, sincere, and professional attitude when representing the company.
