Insurance Recovery Attorney

Are you a skilled senior recovery attorney ready for a new challenge? One of our prestigious firms is seeking a talented and driven individual with at least 5 years of experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive insurance litigation experience.

Preparing coverage analyses, pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions.

Extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts.

Serve as the lead attorney on several matters.

Draft coverage memos and letters

Oversee and guide junior coverage attorneys

Review the work of other coverage attorneys

**Requirements:**

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law required.

5+ years of experience practicing insurance coverage law, with a focus on litigation.

Experience in any of the following: medical malpractice, premises liability, mass torts, transportation, construction, and products liability strongly encouraged

Trial experience preferred and not required

Strong knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to manage a high caseload and work independently.
