KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analytics

Build repetitive workflows to transform complex data into usable format while maintaining the integrity of data

Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity, investigate and communicate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

Data Visualization

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

Project Management

Work closely with project leads, stakeholders and main preparers as point of contact to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs

Ensure quality of output by serving as peer checker for preparers deliverables

Identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholder for implementation and knowledge transfer

Consistently deliver on multiple commitments, even when under pressure, and sharing and collaborating effectively with others

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data management or a related technical course

Work Experience

At least 1.5 years of relevant experience with Data Analytics & Visualization

“Relevant experience” with Data Analytics & Visualization must be core responsibility (not incidental to the role only)

Technical Experience

Required: Microsoft Excel, Power BI

Preferred: Intermediate knowledge in any of the following tools/programming language:

Data Analysis (i.e. Alteryx, SQL, PowerQuery)

Data Visualization (i.e. Tableau, Qliksense, Google Data Studio)

Programming (i.e. R, Python, VBA)

Other capabilities

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools

Advanced skills in Google Suite

Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels (written and verbal)

Team player with the ability to engage in diverse and international teams

Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to analyze large datasets and create workflows
