Transactional Business Associate Attorney-URGENT

Position Responsibilities:

Drafting corporate contracts and real estate documents

Working on various corporate transactional matters

Building relationships with clients and colleagues

Handling multiple projects across different disciplines

Collaborating with law firm partners

Position Essential Job Functions:

3-5 years Business Corporate Must have)

Admission to Pennsylvania Bar Must have)

JD from an accredited law school with top academic credentials Must have)

Some exposer to Transactional is a plis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.

Portable books of business are a plus, not required.
