Sales Financial Analyst

RunBuggy is a technology platform that connects car shippers and haulers. RunBuggy allows shippers to seamlessly connect with their existing management systems to integrate car transportation services, reducing cost, and improving time to deliver. For transporters, RunBuggy offers an alternative to expensive load boards and custom software solutions to better find and manage transportation loads. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing analytical support to sales and operations as part of the FP&A team. In this role, you will support the company's sales planning and forecasting processes, help drive operational efficiencies, and provide actionable data to the senior leadership team. The role functions as a business partner to the sales team, collaborating closely with sales leaders to propel revenue growth

What You Will Be Doing:

Partner with the sales organization to generate forecast metrics and sales insights.

Support the CRM implementation and build processes to forecast and create sales analytics.

Collaborate with sales to understand business requirements and provide insights for decision-making.

Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial analyses (trend, variance, etc.) for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and monthly business review meetings.

Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

Participate in annual audits.

Prepare and/or provide materials for presentations for investors, the Board of Directors, and the senior leadership team.

Assist with the coordination and preparation of reoccurring forecasting meetings.

Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

2+ years experience required, ideally with an emphasis on sales operations.

CRM experience preferred.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables for financial modeling and data analysis).

Excellent communication skills along with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.

Ability to recognize problems, strategize, and problem-solve.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work under tight deadlines.

Positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Flexibility to change priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
