We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities: * Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails * Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders * Handling incoming calls and taking messages * Meeting and greeting visitors * Distributing mail, arranging freight carriers, and tracking of shipments * Maintaining files and control of documentation * Provide administrative support for Sales including following up with customers Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data * Excellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 40 WPM * High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure * Ability to prioritize and multi task McNICHOLS is proud to reward our team with quarterly recognition incentives and a generous benefits package including 1st day eligibility for health insurance, three weeks of PTO, 9+ paid holidays, 401k with employer match and Company provided disability/life insurance.
