The Opportunity: Team Lead Patient Transportation is a productive working role.

Leads will be engaged and complete daily tasks as needed, ensuring patient care and safety come first.

They will oversee the execution of day to day operations, and delegates duties as needed.

They will ensure timely service, product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

They may serve as the Central Dispatch for their entity in the absences of a Central Dispatcher.

This person will communicate staffing concerns with Transportation Management and Entity level Leadership.

Handles customer complaint, follows, understands, and communicates policies and procedures with department staff, and assists with onboarding and coaching staff.

Shift Details: * 40 hours per week * Monday through Friday * 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM The Work: * Prioritize Transports * Delegate transports * Assign Staff Breaks/Lunches * Communicate with teams related to transport delays * Effectively communicate with Dispatch and, Manager, and Supervisor * Complete team audits as assigned Why Saint Luke's?
