Overview "Candidate MUST reside within commuting distance of a Gatorade Hot Fill Plant, (Indianapolis, IN; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Wytheville, VA; Oakland, CA; Mountaintop, PA; Kissimmee, FL; and Tolleson, AZ)" The Regional TPM Manager is a critical leader for the Gatorade organization.

The role provides high level coordination for the implementation of TPM within Gatorade manufacturing locations, while ensuring all resources are aligned against the priorities of the business including Safety, Quality, Production, Cost and Customer Service.

This role is fundamental in supporting and leading TPM implementation, productivity improvement, and loss elimination initiatives.

As a leader, you'll develop training and build individual capability for plant leadership and sites' pillar leaders and sponsors at your locations.

Responsibilities * Assist plant leadership, pillar sponsors, and pillar leaders in continuing to utilize Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) principles and Lean-Six Sigma capability tools to drive results.

* Drive continuous TPM Site Phase progression within all TPM Pillars at the sites, which include Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality (Q), Organizational Capability (OC), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Focused Improvement (FI), Planned Maintenance (PM), Early Management (EM), and Steering Team (ST). * Coach Site TPM managers on pillar processes and driving pillar processes at the manufacturing team level.

* Sponsor the Gatorade FI Pillar leader network and support the team to share and reapply proven processes, kaizens, SRC countermeasures, and FI / LSS projects.

* Provide strong technical leadership and partner with the Production Department for implementing sustainable improvement on production lines.

Participate in development of strategies to achieve True Efficiency (TE) & Running Efficiency (RE) objectives through loss elimination, technical capability building and job efficiency.

This includes leveraging processes from AM, FI, and OC pillars.

* Partner with Maintenance Department and PM pillar team to implement processes to improve planned and unplanned downtime.

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.

* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications * Thorough knowledge of processing and packing equipment to effectively lead technical resources to successfully maintain production line equipment to achieve high levels of productivity.

* Working knowledge of TPM principles within the following TPM Pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Early Management.

Additionally, we'll value your experience in leading or managing the TPM implementation a manufacturing location.

* Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel, and strategically plan for continuous improvement.

* Your ability to communicate effectively and to influence at all levels of the organization (from operators to Vice President level). * Technical understanding of food / beverage manufacturing processes and compliance requirements preferred.

* Ability to travel and ability to work off shifts occasionally.

* Must have a valid driver's license.

* Safe driving record strongly preferred.

* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

* Location: Commuting distance from a Gatorade plant.
