As a Line Cook you will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

You will also responsible for proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer as well as keeping the dry storage organized.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining your station on the line, and monitoring ticket times and food quality.
