Head Coach of Men's Baseball

- Full-time position(s) Redlands Community College is seeking a multi-disciplinary Men's Baseball Coach.

This is a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure track faculty position with excellent benefits.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Recruitment of qualified potential student athletes; budget preparation and management; adherence to all NJCAA, Region 2 and Redlands Community College policies and procedures; directing practice; conditioning session competitions; participation in department fundraising activities; participation in department community outreach initiatives; and instruct up to 9 credit hours fall and spring semester.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree or graduate coursework preferred; performance and coaching experience, preferably at the post-secondary level and elite club level; proven skill sets in working with athletes, recent knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations, boosters/corporate sponsors, and budget; knowledge of strength training, conditioning, and first aid; ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with competing deadlines; organizational skills and attention to detail, including record keeping, budget, and scheduling; be knowledgeable with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations; and be a skilled communicator to a diverse group of constituencies.
