Technical Sales Professional - Modern Workplace Solutions

As a Security & Compliance Technical Sales Professional (TSP), you will work with a team of sales, technical, partner and consulting resources to educate and demonstrate the value of Microsoft security solutions to our customers, empowering them to protect, govern, and safeguard their sensitive data while also managing regulatory compliance requirements and maintaining customer & employee privacy. Your main goal will be to win the technical decision of customers to purchase Microsoft security and compliance solutions. Being part of this team will allow you to strengthen both your deep technical expertise as well as your consultative selling skills across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud native data security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Primary technical point of contact for potential customers during the sales process, owing and driving technical win for security opportunities and engaging with other teams within and outside the organization throughout the sales cycle. Engaging partners in sell-with scenarios and supporting their technical capabilities is key to scaling solution delivery.

Deep technical understanding of Data Security architectures, solutions/technologies including Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).

Deep technical understanding of Threat Protection Security architectures, solutions/technologies including Microsoft Entra ID, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender XDR and Azure Sentinel.

Coordinate weekly with sellers and managers to understand opportunities, compete scenarios and engagements to focus on, engaging and driving to own and win the technical decisions.

Remediates blockers; leads and ensures technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently; builds credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security; and searches for and uses Alnafitha Security customer references; and drives customer intent to consume and drives hand-off to customer success for post sales deployment.

Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, explain, demonstrate, and architect the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities

Demonstrates and oversees proof of concepts, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for data security. Leverages insights and coaches' teams to align new or changing technology to customer needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Microsoft 365 Identity and Services

Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

Microsoft 365 Messaging

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Technical Skills:

Experience in same or similar technology: 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop, Intune, Azure Active Directory AAD, Microsoft Information Protection MIP, Microsoft Device Management MDM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for identity, Microsoft defender for O365, Microsoft Cloud Security)

Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations

Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software.

Experience across different industry sectors.

Good Experience with System center configuration manager.

IT networking skills and experience

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security.
