Assistant Manager - Sales

Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Manager - Sales role:

Support daily operation of the Sales Manager

Prepare sales-related materials such as proposals, contracts, and event orders

Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and hotel rooms

Offer clients comprehensive insight into the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation

Serve as a primary contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries about the hotel

Qualification:

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.

Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
