Experienced IV Certified Pharmacy Technician - 2nd

PTO 120 hours accrued per year.

Hours - Monday - Friday 2nd shift & occasional weekends

$2.00 shift differentials paid for all 2nd & 3rd shift hours worked

Responsibilities:

Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.

Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.

Assists in setup of the compounding room, equipment, and supplies for preparation of compounding sterile solutions.

Mixes and packages IV medications.

Periodically participates in the inventory of the pharmacy.

Rotate stock of medication areas to ensure quality controls.

Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.

Team player and collaborates with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.

Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Licensed OH Certified Pharmacy Technician required.

PTCB or ExCPT certification is required.

Previous pharmacy experience preferred.

Previous data entry experience preferred.

Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.

Good organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Ability to physically perform light lifting up to 15 pounds periodically.
