Location: REMOTE

Assignment Starts: 7/22/24.

Training Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am- 5:30pm EST

Hours: MUST be flexible to work any shift between the hours of 8am-8pm EST (7 days per week), will only be required to work 5 days per week.

Pay: $21.00 per hour PAID WEEKLY

Special details: Must pass background. Successfully complete required background screening and fingerprinting required for this role.

Summary:

Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs in a call center environment. You will provide a consultative sales experience that will focus on improving the health care of our current and future members. You will work with the customer to create solutions and ensures a smooth sales process while achieving sales goals. Calls will be primarily in-bound with the goal of enrolling the customer into a health plan. Outbound calls will also be required to follow up and close the sale or support marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities. The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.

Sales:

• Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, operation processes, present alternatives as appropriate.

• Generate customer sales via qualified inbound calls/outbound opportunities based off client expectations.

• Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product offerings.

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction.

• Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles.

• Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives.

• Exceed all company and client driven metrics for sales revenue, retention rates, and service level expectations.

Compliance:

• Strive to resolve customer issues on the first call and log all information.

• Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures.

• Researches and resolves disputes and problems within established guidelines.

• Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.

• Facilitates correct application process.

• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

• Proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate technology systems, including web sites, e-mail.

Knowledge/Qualifications:

• 1 Year Commissioned & Bonused Sales Experience

• 1 Year Call Center Experience

• 1 Year Health Insurance Experience

Education/License’s/ License Captivity Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2-40 or 2-15 License (Florida) or state equivalent health insurance license.
